③项目组成员具有有效的：制冷与空调设备安装维修作业证书、焊接与热切割作业证书、高处作业证的证书，每提供1份证书得1分，最高得3分。
项目负责人及有证书的项目组成员需提供社保部门出具的投标截止日期前近3个月（5、6、7月）中任意一个月在投标单位的在职社保缴纳证明加盖投标人公章，否则不得分。
