采购文件 更正内容： 本项目第三章服务需求，增加特殊说明：2024年新民市垃圾场渗滤液处理项目服务合同已于2025年6月18日到期。为确保渗滤液处理工作的连续性，2025年6月19日至本次招标新供应商正式签订服务合同之日止，所发生的费用由本次中标供应商支付给2024年该项目供应商。 过渡期内需持续执行渗滤液处理工作，日均处理量维持100吨，此期间费用结算标准按中标单价执行。 其他内容不变。 更正日期：2025年06月25日11时34分 三、其他补充事宜 1、投标（响应）文件递交方式采用线上递交的方式，参与本项目的供应商须自行办理CA数字证书进行线上报名及线上投标，如因供应商自身原因导致未线上递交投标（响应）文件的按照无效投标（响应）文件文件处理。具体操作流程供应商应详阅辽宁政府采购网首页“办事指南”中的“辽宁政府采购网关于办理CA数字证书的操作手册”和“辽宁政府采购网新版系统供应商操作手册”，具体规定详见《关于启用政府采购数字认证和电子招投标业务有关事宜的通知》（辽财采【2020】298号）。如有电子投标技术问题请拨打4001288588进行咨询。 2、供应商可在开标现场或场外自行解密报价，因供应商自身原因逾期未解密视为放弃投标。解密时限为30分钟（如因供应商自身原因未按照规定的时限解密按照无效投标（响应）文件处理。 四、凡对本次公告内容提出询问，请按以下方式联系 1.采购人信息 名
